Orders are confirmed within 24 hours of placement via phone call or WhatsApp.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day after confirmation.

Shipping Areas & Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Other Governorates in Egypt: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza: EGP 50
• Other Governorates: EGP 70

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before completing your order.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries
